Bill Atkinson - Trustee Director

Bill worked for KODAK in the UK and Switzerland for over 26 years in initially sales and marketing senior roles, then after sales service developing their business to business service businesses across Europe and the UK. As Geneva based Vice President of Service and Support for Europe Bill had responsibility for providing customer service across multiple locations in a fast moving IT based industry. Since leaving Kodak bill has worked in the fund raising department of a large international charity. Bill has a BSc from Hull University.

Clive Bowles - Trustee Director

Clive has over 26 years financial services industry experience, having worked with Barclays Bank, the Bank of Nova Scotia, West Merchant Bank and Deloitte Touche before establishing his own IT consultancy and software company in 1996. Misys Plc acquired his company in 2004 and since leaving Misys in 2007, Clive has continued to provide IT consulting services to various financial institutions in the UK and overseas on data migration, data warehousing, reporting, system selection and system integration. Clive was a non executive director of Charity Bank and of CAF Bank.

Jan Floyd-Douglas - Trustee director

Jan's career over the past 30+ years has comprised senior corporate roles such as Head of Zurich Corporate Pensions, Global Sales Director and Executive Committee member, Barclays Private Bank and Vice President, Consumer Lending, Citibank. Her role accountabilities have included global and strategic and propositional development, leading and embedding significant change programmes and the planning, delivery and evaluation of high growth and turnaround strategies.

Mark Hooper - Trustee Director

Mark leads the project to create a customer owned retail bank operating across Wales, Banc Cambria. He is the founder of Indycube, a co-operative which provides flexible workspace at over 20 locations in Wales. He is qualified as a Management Accountant, and previously worked in food retail

James M Moore - Chairman

James has over 25 years boardroom experience in international business in manufacturing, household goods retailing and financial services in the UK, Ireland, China, Europe and Africa having served on the boards of both private and public companies. Together with a German partner he founded an international consumer retail, property and financial services business that grew in 10 years to a profitable turnover of just over €1.2 billion. James is a Charter Engineer, fellow of the Institute of Engineering Technology and has a BSc from Glasgow University and a BA from the Open University.
